Roadmap

Under consideration(25)

  1. 2

Brand Presence Alert in Extension and Price List Analyzer

Add an alert that indicates when the brand itself is actively selling on a listing. This would help identify products where direct brand presence may create higher resale risk or potential selling restrictions. Having this visibility during product analysis would help sellers avoid listings where brands may limit third-party sellers or enforce stricter marketplace control.

  2. 2

Expanded Matching Options for Price List Analyzer

Add support for analyzing products using additional matching methods beyond UPC, EAN, and ASIN, including MPN, product titles, descriptions, and other identifiers. This would make Price List Analyzer more flexible when working with incomplete or non-standard supplier files, allowing analysis even when traditional product codes are missing.

    #Price List Analyzer#Improvement
  3. 1

    Blocklist Rules for Products

Add the ability to define product blocking rules based on ASIN, UPC/EAN, brand, or keywords. Blocked items should be automatically excluded from analysis, matching, and results across tools like Price List Analyzer, Brand Analyzer, Seller Spy, and the extension. This would help filter out irrelevant or risky products, reduce unnecessary data processing, and improve sourcing quality by focusing only on products that meet user-defined criteria.

    #Improvement
  4. 1

    French language

Adding French language support would be a massive improvement for the growing community of Amazon sellers in France and French-speaking regions. Who would benefit: All francophone users who want a more intuitive workflow and better understanding of complex data (like the Brand or Price List Analyzers). How it should work: A simple toggle in the settings or a language selector on the website/extension to switch the entire interface from English to French.

  5. 1

    Product Tracking and Change Notifications

Add the ability to track selected products and receive notifications from Seller Assistant when key metrics change. This includes price changes, rating updates, and sales variations for items on the product list. It would also be useful to receive notifications about new orders from specific stores for the product list. This would help respond more quickly to important market changes without having to manually check products.

  6. 1

Purchase orders: adding a column where you can adjust what terms you have with the distributor

Whether it's cc, net 15, net 30 etc, you should be able to see that as a column for each PO and if Its net terms then you should be able to add a due date as well

    #Purchase Orders
  7. 1

Integrate FBA shipments to track our COGs for a whole shipment and estimated profit

This will clarify where the POs are being distributed to what shipments and give sellers an idea of how much each shipment is worth

    #Purchase Orders#API
  8. 2

    Amazon Transparency Program Indicator

Show whether a product is enrolled in the Amazon Transparency program directly in the Seller Assistant. Display a label or flag on products so sellers can instantly see if the ASIN is protected by Transparency and avoid sourcing products that may block resale or require manufacturer codes.

    #SA Extension#Improvement
  9. 1

Seller Assistant in Seller Central Inventory

Ability to manage source links, notes, likes, and dislikes for products directly on Inventory pages in Seller Central. All product markers are saved per ASIN and help keep sourcing context, decisions, and references visible where inventory is managed, without relying on spreadsheets.

    #SA Extension#Improvement
  10. 1

    Cross-Marketplace Product Analysis

View product data from another Amazon marketplace (e.g., Amazon.de) while browsing on a different one (e.g., Amazon.com). This would allow analyzing competition, stock levels, sales, etc., from the target marketplace without switching sites.

    #SA Extension#Improvement

Planned(13)

  1. 3

    Warehouse Profiles & Configurations

Adding warehouse profiles so you can set up individual prep and shipping costs for each location or prep center. This will let you apply the correct configuration when analyzing products in extension or price lists — ensuring accurate landed costs, prep expenses, and profit calculations based on where your products are actually handled.

    #Warehouses#Improvement
  2. 1

Multiple Draft Purchase Orders per Supplier

Allow creating and managing multiple draft Purchase Orders per supplier instead of limiting to a single draft. When adding products, provide an explicit choice to select an existing draft PO or create a new one. This would give more flexibility in organizing orders, support parallel purchasing workflows, and remove confusion caused by automatic draft reuse.

    #Purchase Orders
  3. 1

    Custom SKU Generation Settings

Add configurable settings for SKU generation to allow flexible formatting based on user-defined rules. SKU structure can include a prefix and a combination of variables such as ASIN, supplier, cost, condition, date, and other attributes. This would enable consistent and automated SKU creation aligned with internal workflows, reducing manual input and improving organization across listings and inventory.

    #Improvement
  4. 5

    Export to Google Sheets

Adding an option to send your analyzed data from Price List Analyzer straight to Google Sheets — no downloads or file uploads needed. You’ll be able to export as a new spreadsheet, a new tab, or update an existing one. Perfect for sharing updated deal data instantly with your team or VA.

    #Price List Analyzer#Improvement
  5. 1

Supplier Notes and Status Visibility Improvement

Right now, to see the notes I have to open each individual supplier profile. It would be much more efficient if notes could be visible directly in the main supplier list. It would also help to have customizable status labels, since sometimes I want to mark specific follow-up steps like “emailed” or “need to call.” Having more personalized status options would make tracking and managing suppliers easier. It would also be very useful to add a calendar view where we can see the notes or actions recorded by date. This would allow us to quickly review what activities were completed with each supplier on specific days. Additionally, a reminder or alert feature would be very helpful — for example, if I contact a supplier on a certain date and don’t receive a response within a defined time, the system could trigger a notification to follow up.

    #Suppliers
  6. 1

    Bulk Restriction Checker Results Management

Add the ability to view, filter, and manage processed products in Bulk Restriction Checker. It should be possible to open a list of analyzed ASINs, apply filters to the results, and export data depending on the workflow. This will simplify working with checked ASINs without manually processing the final result.

    #Bulk Restriction Checker#Improvement
  7. 6

Storage Fee in Seller Assistant Extension

Add configurable settings to calculate and display Amazon Storage fees in the Seller Assistant extension. View and adjust Storage fees in the personal account and in the extension by selecting the appropriate storage period. The applied value is immediately reflected in all calculations, ensuring the accuracy of the analysis.

    #SA Extension#Improvement
  8. 7

VAT on Fees for European Marketplaces

Full support for VAT on Amazon fees across European marketplaces to make profit calculations more accurate. You’ll be able to set VAT on Fees rates and schemes (with defaults for each marketplace), see how VAT applies to referral, FBA, storage, and DSF charges, and view detailed breakdowns directly in tooltips and cost settings. The system will also track VAT Due, showing the difference between VAT collected on sales and VAT paid on costs and fees. This update ensures your profit and tax data match your actual accounting setup, helping you make truly accurate sourcing and pricing decisions.F

  9. 4

Check Amazon Inventory in Price List Analyzer

Add an option to identify which ASINs from the uploaded price list are already present in the connected Amazon Seller Central inventory. The tool should highlight products that are currently in stock, helping avoid duplicate purchases and making sourcing decisions more efficient.

    #Price List Analyzer#Improvement
  10. 2

    Queues in Brand Analyzer

Create a brand processing queue that allows adding multiple brands to Brand Analyzer without waiting for the current analysis to finish. Each brand added should move into a queue and be processed sequentially, enabling uninterrupted workflow and removing the need to manually monitor when the previous brand is completed.

In Development(3)

  1. 1

Tags, Notes, and Purchase Order Actions in Extension

Add product management in the Seller Assistant extension. This includes the ability to add and edit tags, create and view notes, and send products to purchase orders right during the analysis. Having these features within the extension itself would make product evaluation faster and more convenient, allowing you to organize, comment on, and take action on products all in one place on Product pages, Search pages, and in Storefront.

    #SA Extension#Improvement
  2. 5

    Notes Across Tools

A unified Notes system across Seller Assistant tools — letting you leave and view notes directly inside key workflows. Notes will be available across tools like Price List Analyzer, Product Catalog, Supplier Profiles, and Purchase Orders, showing the author, timestamp, and full note history in a convenient sidebar or column. Each note shows the author and timestamp, and all related notes appear in a convenient sidebar or column, depending on the page. This update will make it easier to keep track of product context, supplier communication, and sourcing decisions — right where the work happens, without switching tools.

  3. 3

    Keepa Chart Update

Updating the Keepa chart inside the Seller Assistant Extension to match the new interactive version from Price List Analyzer. You’ll be able to view complete product price and sales history directly in the extension — including in the Side Panel view — without switching tabs. This update makes market analysis smoother and keeps historical data one click away during product research.

Released(23)

  1. 1

Add Euro (€) currency support for Purchase Orders and PDF exports

Currently, Purchase Orders and PDF exports only support USD ($). It would be very useful to be able to select the Euro (€) currency as well. Many sellers in Europe need to generate documents in Euros for their accounting and supplier management. This would avoid manual conversion and make the PDF exports directly usable for our business records.

    #Purchase Orders#Improvement
  2. 3

Improve the Display of Stock & Offers Data in Seller Assistant Extension

Improve how product data is displayed in the Seller Assistant extension by making UPC/EAN values load faster. Identifiers should appear consistently as soon as a product is opened. At the same time, make stock and offers data more reliable by ensuring these values are always shown when available. This results in more stable product insights during analysis.

    #SA Extension
  3. 1

ASIN-UPC Matching (Always and Never match)

Know exactly which Amazon listing your supplier's identifier resolves to — and control it permanently. Catch wrong matches directly in the Price List Analyzer, set rules in Matching Rules, or manage connections on a product level — so every future upload respects your decision automatically. Always — force this UPC to always resolve to this ASIN across all price lists. Never — exclude this pair permanently. See and control the list of connections

  4. 5

Supplier Connection in Seller Assistant Extension

Updating supplier section in the extension to connect directly with your supplier data from the Personal Area. You’ll be able to view, select, or link a product to a supplier right on Amazon, keeping your sourcing workflow connected across tools. This improvement ensures supplier information stays consistent — from product research to price list analysis and purchase orders.

  5. 3

    Expanded Product Data

Adding more Amazon and Keepa data points to make sourcing analysis deeper and more precise. New fields to be added: Variations, Monthly Sold,Seller Proceeds, Buy Box Eligible Offers, Competitive Sellers, Competitive Price Threshold, Description and Features, Frequently Bought Together, Suppressed Buy Box, Return Rate, Top Sellers, Buy Box Share and more This update brings a broader, more detailed view of each ASIN’s market behavior, so you can make sourcing decisions backed by complete, real-time data.

    #Price List Analyzer#Improvement
  6. 3

    Integration with n8n

Add API integration with n8n to automate workflows. The integration should allow sending and receiving data through n8n nodes, enabling tasks based on Seller Assistant events. This would extend automation options and allow building flexible, self-hosted workflows powered by Seller Assistant API.

    #API#Integrations
  7. 6

    Product Database

A central Product Database inside your Seller Assistant account — a single place to view, organize, and manage all products analyzed through the extension and Price List Analyzer. You’ll be able to see all your ASINs with supplier, cost, and last-seen data, assign or change default suppliers, and keep everything organized with tags, notes, and likes. Products can be added manually, from Price List Analyzer, or directly from the extension, and purchase orders can be created straight from the product list. All your research, supplier, and order data will finally connect in one place — turning fragmented insights into a single, living catalog of your sourcing pipeline.

  8. 3

Reanalyzing Price Lists & Selected Products

Adding the option to reanalyze previously uploaded price lists — either entirely or for selected products only. This will let you refresh data for specific ASINs that were skipped or changed without spending extra identifiers or manually reuploading the list. The update helps keep your analysis up to date while saving time and lookup limits.

    #Price List Analyzer#Improvement
  9. 4

    Extended Supplier Dashboard

Adding an overview section to Supplier Profiles to display all related price lists and purchase orders in one place. This update will also introduce quick action buttons for uploading new price lists and creating purchase orders directly from the supplier page — making supplier management faster and more intuitive.

  10. 4

AI Supplier Search by Brand Name

AI-powered supplier search that helps find suppliers by brand name. The system identifies and displays suppliers related to a specific brand, showing their categories, accreditation, and contact details – helping verify and evaluate suppliers faster. This update reduces manual research and improves sourcing efficiency for brand-specific products.
